Yes, we designed the 2472-1HKR specifically to clear factory-position power steering boxes on 1982-1992 F-Body chassis. The driver-side header routes 1.8 inches above the steering shaft with adequate clearance for all standard LS swap configurations.

These headers require rear-sump oil pans and factory-style motor mount positions. They are not compatible with front-sump truck pans or raised motor mount setups.
